As soon as the front door opens, you step into a distinctly arty and classical French home environment. Pictures of family and friends on the wall, and piano, all with their own fascinating stories. The hostess was lovely and made me feel welcome in her home. Breakfast was delightful around the table with the other guests with lots of delicious food and coffee. The en-suite room was very comfortable, clean, tidy and well thought out.

The property is a beautifully arranged and designed home. The design throughout the home is exquisite, I would like to emphasize that the kitchen and the living room are espeically outstanding, they both have an incredible amount of character. Furthermore, the interior is incredibly well carried out, it matches perfectly with the colours and the rest of the decorations of the accomodation. Moreover, the property is sparkling clean, there was not a single aspect that you could dislike. Le Château de Fresnoy en Gohelle was a warm and stunning place, we enjoyed our stay very much, with elegant rooms and charming grounds the place was magnificent. Jannick was exceptionally great and took care of us during our stay.
One of my favourite parts was breakfast, beautifully presented, it was delicious and the service from Jannick was first class. The best part was the pastries, simply heavenly. Thanks for a great stay we will definitely be back, great ambience truly 5 star service highly recommended.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Loved this place. Modern, super clean place with secure parking (there was plenty of room for our camper van) and only 1 hour from the Tunnel. Delphine Is a lovely lady - remember to have her breakfast as it’s very good. Look out for the red squirrel, Jays flying around and Newts in the water feature.
Located 1 hour drive from the tunnel crossing making it a great 1st or last night stop for travel between the UK and France. We were travelling from Morzine which took us 7 hours.
Important for us is a dog friendly location and secure parking as we are normally loaded up.

Lovely modern property with luxurious rooms and lounge area and beautiful grounds. The view from our room over the garden was fantastic and we really liked having bi-fold doors onto a private terrace. Our dog loved the garden. Secure private parking and very friendly and welcoming owners.
Set in its own lovely grounds with private gated access and car parking. In a very peaceful location we had a restful nights sleep for the three nights we stayed. Weather dependant, breakfast can be taken outside on the patio whilst watching the many wild birds, rabbits and hares visiting the garden. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly and we would not hesitate in recommending a stay at this clean, modern designed property. We drove to Arras and a few of the famous cemeteries in the area which are well worth a visit.
