We had an amazing stay at Saint Victor. Warm, kind hospitality in an absolutely amazing setting - the grounds and building are just beautiful, and the interiors stylish and comfortable. We had dinner in one night and would highly recommend for delicious french cuisine in an intimate setting. We also loved the region, there is loads to do around and excellent cycling. One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Warm welcome, large room with very comfortable bed. Easy parking just opposite. Hotel bar and cave, selling local produce. Our host was informative and booked us a table at a beautiful restaurant close by. All great for an overnight stop.
Good clean, well run small hotel in great village. Off road secure parking for motorbikes and sports cars. Staff speak English and will always help as best they can.
It's always about the staff, and when they are good people who care you are going to have a good stay. The room was fairly basic but of good size and clean. The breakfast room / bar is light and spacious and the outside terrace in the summer would be loverly. It's a great location for the Abbey, fabulous walks in the area (much better than we expected) and secure parking for motor bikes. Great selection of beers and great pizza restaurant opposite. Oh and great breakfast. Did I mention the beers!
