The location was beautiful, quiet, and very peaceful.
One of the hosts spoke excellent English, which was a relief for us.
They were helpful, suggesting places of interest and good restaurants. Plenty of usefull leaflets displayed also.

Our host, William, was extremely welcoming and we enjoyed our chats with him. Our room was very spacious and beautifully furnished. The bed was very comfortable.
The house and grounds of the property have been tastefully maintained and imaginatively transformed.
We opted for the table d'hote - the food was delicious and accompanied by well matched wine.
We would be more than happy to return if visiting this region of France in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. Charlie and Carolyn were exceptional hosts. They made us feel like "god" in France. When we arrived we found some drinks, bread, cheese and more to get us started and make us feel welcome. The house had everything we needed and was very cosy decorated. We had fun at the pool and could order a drink at the private bar. We loved the peaceful environment and our hosts had lots of recommendations for places to visit. We definatly recommend staying here!

Peaceful and picturesque location, ample parking, and including spaceous garage. Comfortably furnished interior with practical layout, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, two bathrooms with full size bath in one in addition to showers. The conservatory is a great bonus, also leading directly to the outdoor seating area, with canopies for choice of sun or shade. All in all, La Jarisse was a very pleasant surprise, and a delightful stay.
