A beautiful estate, the 16th Century chateau has beautiful reception rooms, with a stunning set of gardens. We loved the orangery and the newly restored dovecote. We woke up to the sound of the local church bells and enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the Keep, with parts dating from the 11th Century. Sophie was a very friendly and welcoming host who made us feel at home. Highly recommended.

Chateau L'Orangerie was delightful. The breakfast was delicious, our favorite during our trip to France! The property was very peaceful and relaxing. A very interesting location in a very old castle. that has been wonderfully renovated for guests. Fascinating history on display in the castle, and the castle’s location high on a ridge beside the town has a wonderful view. A great spot for cycle tourists to stop and rest on their journey.
