our host was lovely and spends most of his time tending his imaculate gardens .a few steps from the apartment is the river a suitable seat there to enjoy a bottle of st emillion [5 km away ]we spent hours watching the river and its wildlife
the view from the bedroom looked over vineyards and its cave .the host was so helpfull free cycles and canoes though the river was very fast during our stay

This is a fabulously renovated mansion - small chateau , in the middle of a countryside surrounded by gorgeous vineyards ; we love the comfy and well decorated room(3) , the common/relax rooms , the pool , the trees & gardens & grass, the flowers , the bees , the hummingbirds , the sunrise , and ... all . Beautiful house, nicely decorated with a personal and artistic touch. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a princess. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast was amazing, probably the best breakfast I ever had in France.
