Absolutely stunning location in a beautiful part of France. Greeted warmly by the hosts and given a guided tour of the gardens, along with a demo of the water mill working.
Breakfast was fresh & tasty and most products were home made... yum !
The apartment was eclectic and was therefore quite interesting.. as there were just the two of us there was plenty of space and there would still be more than enough for bigger parties. I especially liked the quaint table and chairs on our little balcony overlooking the swimming pool and lovely views where we enjoyed a very nice bottle of local wine left by the hosts... thank you !
We both appreciated the calm and peaceful environment we were in, with a good dose of nature thrown in.

We received a very friendly greeting from Simon and felt welcome from start to finish of our short stay. The gite was very comfortable and spacious with lovely French charm and furniture. Bed was very comfortable and lovely crisp clean sheets and pillows. Great shower in spacious bathroom . All areas spotlessly clean. Outside area was our own and comfortable seating and BBQ. Sylvain and his wife gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. There was easy and secure parking, which we particularly liked as we had a bike rack and bikes attached to our car. We appreciated the peace and quiet of the apartment with access to the garden and pool, even though we didn't actually use it. The property was just a five-minute drive into town.
