We had an excellent stay, fantastic quality and value food and drink in the restaurant, and care and attention to detail from the owners, who could not have done more to welcome us and make us feel at home.

Our host was lovely and very helpful, speaks excellent English. We had a very comfortable overnight stay and an excellent breakfast. Our room was spacious and well equipped. It is a beautiful old house tastefully decorated and furnished. As we were travelling out of season and on a Monday the local restaurant was closed so we had to travel to the next village for our evening meal. It wasn't a problem but you may be advised to book a restaurant in advance.

James and Sam will make you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive. Lovely food, beautiful lake, awesome dog, and an amazing place to go cycling. We must admit, we didn’t do much of the latter but we sure enjoyed all the other stuff!
