If there are a lot of you it is good value for money otherwise it is a bit ramshackle and in need of modernisation. It is fine for a stop over but it is a bit of a mess really. We stayed in the big, top studio. Maybe the other bedrooms are modernised.

The location is very close to town center allowing a short walk to the cathedral, restaurants and shopping. There is a good supermarket in walking distance and free parking only a block away. The apartment is exceptionally clean and comfortable. It has a great kitchen for those who love to cook and is beautifully decorated. There were only two of us and it was recommended that we take the bedroom away from the street, which we did. The bed was super comfortable and the room quiet. We had a fantastic stay.

Location is amazing. Very central. The apartment was confortable for the two of us. Home cooked meals were easy with an amazing Boucherie in town. We stayed for a week and really felt at home. Our favorite restaurant was Le Châteaubriant - beautiful authentic meals and very friendly staff.
