The location is great for the Eurotunnel - just a few mins down the road. Also, a few minutes walk away are a couple of great shopping centres. The bathroom is good and spacious. The bed, although feels comfortable, didn't give us a great nights sleep - aching back the following day. The wifi is good and fast and we had coffee making facilities with a reasonable kettle. The staff are accommodating and very friendly.

Firstly, the hosts are very welcoming and polite. We speak very little french but the hostess speaks German fluently, so for us, communicating with the hosts was not an issue. If you don't speak French nor German, well you need to hire someone to translate 😁 Secondly, the location is great. You are 10-20 minutes away from Calais or Wissant. You could also walk to Escalles village center or to the beach. You have a nice garden and there are fruits and vegetables that you can pick on your own and then let the hosts give you a price which you can then pay on the spot or at the end of the stay. Everything is grown without chemicals.
