The hosts Eric and Julia were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They booked restaurants and assisted with everything we needed. The breakfast was very good. On the last day Eric prepared a breakfast to go for us, it was great!

Lovely self contained room and bathroom. Able to securely store our bicycles overnight. Hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming, offering to dry our wet clothes and shoes as we had been caught in a thunderstorm. Breakfast was excellent, including many homemade items.

Breakfast is a highlight of this chambre d’hote with homemade smoothie crepe and cake. The host also cooks specially to cope with my wife’s lactose intolerance, this is really appreciated.

We stayed here for 3 nights but wished we could have stayed much longer!
This is a lovely property, a family home with a purpose built two storey house in the grounds with a lovely swimming pool. 1 apartment downstairs and 2 more upstairs. Very comfortable for families or couples. A lovely living area with sofa and two chairs and small kitchenette with fridge and microwave.
Three single beds in one large bedroom that our boys used and the master bedroom was a great size with a huge comfortable bed and patio doors to a private decked area. The bathroom was massive with a lovely double sink area and large shower.
The location of the property was excellent for visiting the nearby chateaux, we managed to visit 5 in two days! Our host Oliver was a lovely friendly chap who gave us lots of information on the local area, local restaurants and had plenty of stories to share with us! He made us feel very welcome.
Breakfast was wonderful, Oliver asked each of us what we wanted on our arrival and each day our breakfast was delicious, everything was homemade including the many different and delicious jams and the brioche was amazing!
If we are lucky enough to visit more chateaux in the future we would not hesitate to stay here again.
