Perfect location, perfect attentive host and ideally located with rail links to Strasbourg and short drive to Fort Schoenenbourg (Maginot Ligne). Very reasonable price for full run of a large home. The hosts gave us a real good, warm welcome, and provided much better than expected accommodation. The kitchen was very, very well equipped, and there were special touches provided by the hosts, who responded to all requests with a smile and assistance. The accommodation was one of the quietest we have ever stayed in, despite it being on the main street, in a charming and typically Alsace village. We were offered advice in walks and visits which really added to our enjoyment.

Great atmosphere and great looks. Very old and historic building. Room was modern and well maintained. Had screens to darken the room completely during the night. Bathroom was good. Directly connected to the garden, which was great. Food portions are big (dinner). Breakfast was okay, not very special, a little basic but for sure not bad. The location is quiet yet nearby a treetop walk and some mountain scenery.
