Everything fine. The host was super-nice! He waited for my arrival at midnight and was up again at 6 a.m. to offer me coffee before I left. Great bathroom with hot showers. Beds are bit old but ok :-).

Piece of paradise on earth. We stayed in the beautifully renovated family room. Bedroom with separate 'sitting area and bathroom'. We were the only guests that day. It was blissfully quiet. We were amazed by the originality, uniqueness and beauty of Château de Longeville. It was complimented by the warmth and charm of the hosts, Eve and her husband. The room was beautiful, almost frozen in time, but with the comfort of a beautiful ensuite bathroom. Dinner and breakfast are served around a communal table, in a lovely dining room and along with the other guests, we felt we were more at a family gathering than with strangers, in a corporate hotel, dining room.
Booking.com seems to, happily, produce these remote gems, luckily for us, and hopefully they'll stay on the books for more discerning people to experience.

Calm, sophisticated and relaxed. The owners Peter and Edith are exceptional hosts - they have that unique skill of being themselves and still providing a superb atmosphere for the guests. The Dansk Hygge was also very good - it was an environment which promoted the spirit of Hygge. The house has been sympathetically restored, respecting the old materials (the oak and tiles etc) whilst mixing old and modern Danish furniture and fabulous Scandinavian lighting and candles, which added to the charm.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Great 1 night stop-over, just off the motorway. Simple moden room with everything we needed. Parking right outside our door. Resurant had a simple but nice menu, and the continental breakfast was good. Will definitely use it again.

We liked the concept of the Fasthotel. Our criteria were to be close to the motorway, have parking and eating on site. This hotel fulfilled all of this. The staff were very kind, they didn’t speak much English, but with our bad French we all got by, they were very accommodating. The restaurant was quite wonderful. Don’t expect a large menu, but the food is amazing and a good price. Breakfast was great, the usual croissants etc. Great easy, no frills place to stay.
