We were fortunate to be the only guests and we therefore had exclusive use of the terrace and pool. Breakfasts were excellent and our hosts couldn't have been better.

The hosts Nicole and Monsieur Chef were really lovely, friendly, helpful and very hard working. The instructions that were sent prior to arrival, were pretty clear. Just for clarification the left button is the button on the remote on the keys to open the gate! The accomodation is shared like a typical B&B but just a little on the small side, as they have only 2 rooms. The residence is quite high up, so really nice but restricted views from the terrace. The common areas, such as the lounge and terrace. The kitchen is for private use only however, we were permitted to use the microwave, fridge and bins. Request for 2 extra pillows were provided, as requested. The rooms were clean and very functunal, a little on the small side... with not much space to move arround. The vanity area, shower and toilet is a sufficient space. The toilet could be a bit bigger! Basic toiletries were provided. Not too keen on the towels, I think they need a change...they've been used too much! There is no space to dry your personal items. The rooms are not soundproof, as the accomdation is purposely built, so stud walls! They have AC, which we did not need to use. The breakfast was lovely, enough for my husband and I, as we are not big eaters. Some may find it less, regards to the options. They provide a variety of tea (including in the room), milk, yogurts, fruits, cereal (which I didn't like but that's my taste), bread, butter, coffee and homemade jams.. which were delicious. The ambience was really sweet, music playing in the background and the setting of the breakfast table with name. Overall, we had a really nice stay and would stay if we come back to Marseille.

-Great area, on a quiet street with elderly people around who like to keep the area clean.
-Very nice rooms! Both the livingroom and the attic which was converted in a bedroom make you feel like in a proper vacation home.

In the first place, I liked the kindness of the landlord. The room has an independent entrance and it is nicely organised. The view is great.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The pool and garden are great, plenty of parking space, silent, outdoor area. The rooms are chilled naturally, because they are on the groud floor and in the shade.
