Lovely old mill run by a family who's owned it for generations. Amazing bathroom with a huge bath, free-standing in the middle of a magnificent bathroom. All newly furbished with style and generosity. Such was also our breakfast, with home made jams (crafted by owners' mothers), excellent selection of cheeses and meats and very, very fresh croissantes . Lovely people who do care for their guests. Beautiful and well kept garden with little river running across it (hence the mill)

everything was great. very clean. verrrryyyyy spacious. it can fit easily up to 9 person. the weather was bad (raining) so we didn't enjoy the garden which is itself big. my daughter played on the swing under the rain in the garden. the area is calm. safe. the house is fully equiped with everything u might think of. i mean including toys. board games. swing in the biiig garden. tree house baby-foot table. Rooms toilets and kitchen clean. modern. very well equiped. wifi. 2 tv + lots of channels. a lot of places to walk around the house and a big lidl supermarket 3 minutes walk from the house. we all adults and the kids loved it (we were 4 adults and 3 kids). everyone is interested to come back for a long weekend to enjoy the place in the summer without the rain. the owner was available all the time for help. even after midnight to answer questions. go there try it u would love it.....

Our room at l'eau vive was simply beautiful: large, updated and beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The breakfasts were outstanding and the host was attentive without being intrusive. It is a short 15 minute drive to Beaugency and Blois for restaurants, shops, and sightseeing, as well as to Chateau Chambord.
