The hosts made us feel instantly welcome, very natural and a great sense of humour. The accommodation was lovely, excellent bed (steep steps to go up to the bedroom) and lovely decorative details. We had a wonderful stay at Le Moulin de Belle Isle.
Christine and Eric were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome in their beautiful home.
The beds were super comfy and the room facilities were good.
Breakfast in the main salon (heated by a huge wood burning stove) was delicious and included home made yogurt and an assortment of breads and pastries.
We ate at Le Relais restaurant in the village ( kindly booked for us by Christine prior to our arrival)
The food was very good but we found the portions rather generous!
The restaurant is approximately 10 minutes walk from Le Moulin, as is the village of Bèze with other places to eat.
We would definitely recommend Le Moulin de Belle-Isle to other travellers.
