Excellent Liked · Our host, Florence, was approachable, friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. She went out of her way to assist us with suggestions of what to see in the area. Our rooms were luxurious, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. The whole property, overlooking the french countryside is fantastic. We had a car so it was very easy to get to the nearby towns. The breakfasts had an abundant of options, were absolutely delicious and beautifully laid out. Our stay was exceptional and we would highly recommend this property. We would love to return.

This was a little slice of heaven just outside of busy Aix. We felt like we were in the country, but the city is only a 10-15 minute drive. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite big, with spacious modern bathrooms. Bed and pillows were comfortable for me, but the bed was too hard for my sister. The grounds are lush and gorgeous, with views of the rolling hills. We enjoyed the breakfast, although it was quite simple. Dinner at the restaurant was good, but on the pricier side compared to other places we ate. We loved sitting outside on the couches and enjoying some wine or a cocktail. Overall, a great stay and a great price.

Our host, Francine and Christion were over the top in making us feel comfortable in their beautiful home. They told us where the best place to park in Aix-in-Provence and where to catch the Diabline, a 6-seater bus designed for local seniors. You can get off at any stop along the route and get back on for no additional cost. They also suggested taking a boat tour of the CalanQues from Cassis instead of our original intent of taking it from Marselle. They also suggested seeing La Castellet, a beautiful hilltop village that was extremely interesting not far from Cassis. If you’re driving anywhere in France, make sure to take the toll roads, there not expensive and they eliminate the constant rerouting thru confusing round abouts.

The connection to public transport is conveniently located within 5 min walking distance. The idyllic spot is nestled in an industrial area. But this does not disturb, you notice only if you know it the plant is very well separated by garden and trees. :-) Raphaëlle and Dana are extremely sympathetic hosts ! A very tranquil, Nobel, large and beautiful mansion. Ms and Mr (sorry I forgot to how to spell their name;) are very friendly and helpful. Although it’s not in the Center of Aix, but not very far, by taking a Uber you can find it. There is also bus to go to Aix and Marseille not far, but I only know that after Ms grandma tell me. Breakfast is fresh and well prepared, I can also sit outside to enjoy it.
