Holzhaus is a very cool and modern place built as a modern structure. The bedroom we had was extremely clean and very well appointed. We had an amazing rest with a very comfortable bed. What's unique about this place is how calm and quiet it is at nighttime. Our hosts provided a wonderful continental breakfast. We had a fantastic time spent at Holzhaus and highly recommend this place for a short or longer stay around Aix-en-Provence. The drive to the center of Aix was around 10 minutes. We didn't mind because we had a car rental.

Excellent Liked · Our host, Florence, was approachable, friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. She went out of her way to assist us with suggestions of what to see in the area. Our rooms were luxurious, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. The whole property, overlooking the french countryside is fantastic. We had a car so it was very easy to get to the nearby towns. The breakfasts had an abundant of options, were absolutely delicious and beautifully laid out. Our stay was exceptional and we would highly recommend this property. We would love to return.

The studio we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. It's a bit of an unusual location if you are used to hotels, but should feel familiar if you often use AirBnB or similar accommodations. It is located away from the town center, so it might be difficult to stay without a car. The studio would also be ideal for an extended stay for an individual or couple. The bed is in a loft space up some stairs from the rest of the unit.

A very tranquil, Nobel, large and beautiful mansion. Ms and Mr (sorry I forgot to how to spell their name;) are very friendly and helpful. Although it’s not in the Center of Aix, but not very far, by taking a Uber you can find it. There is also bus to go to Aix and Marseille not far, but I only know that after Ms grandma tell me. Breakfast is fresh and well prepared, I can also sit outside to enjoy it.
