we stayed in huge Napoleon III suite with excellent view from the top of the hill.
breakfast was very good (cheeses, hamon, baguets, croissants, eggs, tee/coffee/juice etc)
hosts are very friendly and helped us with local restaurants
property has big horse stables building converted into bar - it looks very authentic.
first floor is used as a museum where visitors can take tours (for people who are staying it is free).
we visited few chateaus and this is the biggest one, located in the small town

Location a little out of the way - nog walkable to a restaurant. Owner very kindly made us a restaurant reservation at a place on the other side of La Ferte- Bernard in Cherre which was very good.
