The breakfast was delightful. A typical French breakfast of croissant’s or French bread, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, juice, assorted jams, cheese and delicious fresh coffee served outside in a most attractive patio area. The decked patio area was a lovely spot to relax in the evening. Very friendly hosts, with good command of English.

The interior of the Chateau was spotlessly clean and modern. The hotel manager spoke flawless English and was ready to answer any requests we had, and to arrange dinner reservations for us. Everything in the place was of top quality. We were told that renovations had been done less than a year previously.
The manager greeted us personally upon arrival, gave us a tour of the key features of the house and grounds, and a brief history of the place. She then provided complimentary beverages to enjoy, followed by showing us our room and it's features. We were treated like nobility, everything was first class!

Beautiful house about a lovely 10 min walk into Sarlet (uphill back !) Tastfully furnished .
Superior room was large and bright . Shutters kept the room dark at night . Bed super comfy . Plenty of lighting options for reading etc.
Pool area was wonderful, however due to the weather we did have not much of a chance to use it. Maybe next time!

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is large, modern, and comfortable. We had an excellent breakfast and a dinner in the restaurant which has views of the well kept gardens. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a large car park where we could park for no extra charge. It also had several electric charging stations for guests. The location is very handy for touring the Dordogne region.
The apartment was large and very comfortable. Access to the garden was a bonus. Great position on the river. On site secure parking. Many attraction in the immediate area.
