Location very remote , but brilliantly situated, heart of the country side, animals were an added bonus. Breakfast very nice, homemade jams croissants and French bead.Booked a lunch time meal and took the friend we were visiting, exceeded all ideas , lovely, home, fresh cooked . Excellent. Feeding the donkeys daily was a good experience and hosts were so lovely, friendly, helpful. Have already recommended it to a friend who will be travelling later this year . It was very comfortable and such a nice little "side adventure" on our holiday/drive across France. We could easily have spent another night if time allowed, as we didnt even have time to explore the surroundings -If we are in the area in the future we def book another night! Two restaurants very close to the boat, and a mini market/convenience store only 5 min walk away. Severine is a great host!
