Out stay was really nice, the accommodation was lovely, clean and had all you needed, cosy, it definitely was.The jacuzzi bath was an added bonus and definitely had fun using it! The house was a couple of minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Our hosts Karen and Eric were absolutely amazing, nothing was to much trouble and they went above and beyond to help make our stay and getting around Hesdin as easy as possible. Nicole is a lovely friendly and helpful host who has thought of pretty much everything to make your stay special. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Nicole even offered garage space for my motorcycle. The pleasant market town of Hesdin is a 10 minute walk away and has plenty of good bars, restaurants and shops to choose from. The surrounding 7 valleys area offers good opportunities for walks and local history - the helpful tourist information centre in the market square have lots of good maps, pamphlets, etc. It’s only just over an hour from Calais via the autoroute.
