Outstanding hospitality. Outstanding French breakfast. Claudia and Patrick were excellent hosts - over and above. Cannot recommend this chateau enough. 20 minute drive to Villers-Bretonneux for the French town the Aussies saved. Short drive to John Monash memorial/museum. Strongly recommend for all Aussies.

Really great location near to Amiens and also close to the WWI memorials. The gite is really well appointed. Spacious, very clean and all the creature comforts you could wish for. The bedrooms are very good sized. The main bedroom has a large double bed and a smaller double bed, then the second bedroom has a good sized double room. All served by a bathroom that has a great walk in shower. The kitchen has everything including a cooker, dishwasher, microwave and utensils. There's a comfy couch and dining table. The outside space is very pretty. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. They have a pet cat and dog and are very dog friendly. There is great parking on the road at the front, two steps from the front door and then the hosts offer secure parking off the road behind the locked gates, which was great. Demuin as a town is very peaceful and wonderfully quiet.

It was great to have all the comforts of home. It was spacious, had a washing machine even a dish washer. We were able to walk everywhere.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Excellent accommodation, private off road parking, comfortable rooms and well equipped apartment. Very friendly hosts and great location for exploring Picardy, visiting Amiens or an overnight stop when travelling north. We would certainly visit again and can without reservation recommend this property.
