The hotel is charming, and its interiors are beautiful and well-designed. Most of the staff were very helpful, but one person was quite grumpy if we're honest. This is not something you'd expect at a four-star hotel.

We really appreciated the free parking after discovering how hard it is to park in Bordeaux with a roof box. Top tip - get a taxi into Bordeaux from the hotel - don't drive!
I used the hotel twice during a long motorbike trip. Location was perfect for me as it was close to a main road on my route so I like the location but it might not be good to visit Bordeaux. I just needed a clean room, secure parking and a favorable location and for that this hotel was perfect.
