I misunderstood & thought the breakfast was included in the rate. It wasn't. The shower was pretty good. The host was kind & tried hard to please. The eating area was clean & contained quite a good variety of options. The coffee was quite good - thank you.

Property was in a great location, close to two tram stops, but easy to walk to the centre with in 10-15 minutes.

The location is great! If you travel from France to Spain make sure to turn at the rest station opposite to the hotel! There's a tunnel that leads to a truck parking. At the truck parking there's a gate that can be opened by the hotel employee. This saved us 45min. Do the same in the morning as otherwise you have to turn around inside the Montpellier Low Emission Zone that requires a sticker on a car.
Very easy location on the parking of the highway and still pretty quite. Easy to park at the hotel and location feels safe. The staff is super friendly, 24 hours at the reception which is good to keep an eye on the parking as well. Breakfast was very good (eggs, bread, cheese, coffee...).
