We were looking for a calm place and a starting point for trips. This location fulfilled our requirements, it would fit easily 8 persons, for us - 3 it was even too much. The hosts - Kate and Lolo - were very kind and helpful, offered us advice of what may be interesting in the neighbourhood. Kate also produces jams and cakes (excellent brioche). Next time in Normandy - I'll check if it'd be available at Kate and Lolo's.

The hearty breakfast and needed by me since I am cycling, the warm hosts who put up with my fractured French but encouraged me to practice using it. They went out of their way to help me and also clued me in to a bicycle trail which I took that day and the next day (Le Chemin du Lin) and which was superb. The room was large with a private patio, beautifully decorated, and you could activate a room darkening security panel (wow!).
