Corrine our host made our stay memorable. She was the most warmest and kindest host I’ve ever met in all my years of travelling. The accommodation was excellent and the location beautiful. The location is pretty, the premises were pretty and well laid out. The room was good and beds v. Good. The shower needs to be replaced at some stage soon. It is old and shows dirt marks. The breakfast was sufficient. The host is friendly but we felt ‚watched over‘ at breakfast which was a shame.

The tranquility was absolute bliss. For someone who lives a stone throw away from a major motorway and a busy airport, this was just divine. The boat was kitted out really nicely. I was there just for one night but had everything I needed from a way to make my morning coffee, to soft towels and an array of cooking utensils. For those staying longer or with families, there were books and games- a lovely touch. The boat was very clean and bright, and not humid at all (no easy feat!).
