We were greeted very warmly after our long journey from Dublin. The room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed, including tea and coffee facilities plus a generous ensuite bathroom. The heating was on, so it was warm and cosy despite the cold weather outside. Norma was a wonderful host and not only served amazing breakfasts but also had great local knowledge. We will definitely be back!

Friendly, welcoming Dutch hosts. Bastiaan was great considering they weren't aware they're gite was being advertised yet! Error by booking.com. Beautifully renovated property. They'd clearly tried to think of everything to make guests comfortable. The floors were exceptionally cold but it is February & they did, thankfully provide 'slippers'! I imagine this will be a huge bonus in the summer heat anyway! Peaceful, quiet surroundings.

Loved how spacious the property was. The amenities was brilliant and had absolutely everything you could need. The pool was absolutely fabulous and very well maintained. Our hosts was so so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay which was so lovely. It was brilliant to just take a short walk up the road to the bakery in the morning and the village was so pretty and well kept.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The house is situated in the countryside with a lot of hiking and walking paths around. Easy to walk my dog. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design, which combined modern comforts with a cozy, homely feel. I highly recommend "La Ruche" to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing place to stay.

Beautiful property and grounds, facilities were plenty and of a high standard. With young children there was so much to keep them entertained whilst at the accommodation. Ellen and family are super helpful and helped make our stay relaxing.

The property looks exactly like the pictures. It is just as cute and cozy. Although we arrived past midnight, Amanda was there to welcome us. She was helpful and quick to answer any of our questions. She also left us a nice bottle of wine. Good place if you're coming with a dog because the yard is fenced in and there are plenty of fields around for them to run freely.
