The gîte at Le Truc Bidule is a fantastic property. Renovated to a very high standard last year, it has everything you could want and many little tasteful touches, making it both comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable to stay. The property is ideally located between Poitiers and Tours in a beautiful rural location. The gîte has its own little garden with garden furniture, to ensure privacy. Secure parking behind electric gates is a real bonus. The large heated pool is shared with the owners and one other set of guests in the Chambre d’hôte. Our son appreciated the football goals too! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. The main bedroom was very comfortable and my son loved sleeping on the mezzanine. The bathroom was great - fantastic shower! The owners were friendly and helpful, and we had a great chat with them. What a lovely property! We will certainly be back!

Property was beyond expectations. Everything done to utter perfection, thought out until the smallest details. The decor is beautiful, everything clean and kept up nicely. The surrounds are peaceful and easy to enjoy especially with the dog. They left a little kit for our pup as well, which was very thoughtful of them
