The view from the window was lovely and it was peaceful, though the traffic from the main road about a kilometre away was could be heard. We enjoyed the fact that although it is semi detached we had our own entrance and it was very private. It was a good base for getting into Lyon and also into the Beaujolais wine area.

This was incredible - absolutely felt like staying in an 800 yr old chateaux. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room and the ambience were what made this great. If you have the chance I would definetely recommend this place.
