An excellent B&B. The property is close to the tram line, but if you are feeling fit, then it is about 35 mins walk into the city centre. Car parking was a bonus, albeit the spaces were a little tight. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good. Our hosts were very helpful too.

Tastefully decorated modern property with everything you would need for a short break. Breakfast was tasty and food was of high quality and fresh with very good coffee. Helpful and friendly staff.
