An excellent B&B. The property is close to the tram line, but if you are feeling fit, then it is about 35 mins walk into the city centre. Car parking was a bonus, albeit the spaces were a little tight. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good. Our hosts were very helpful too.

Clean apartment that seems to be only recently built. You have two floors for you. All required things are there. There is a parking at the location. There is a train/tram station but we used the car. The apartment was clean, the host was ready to help, the area is extremely quite (it is actually a house in the suburb of Bordeaux with 3 apartments inside), the trains didn’t affect the night sleep even for me (I am sensitive to sounds).
The room was very clean and tidy. we four of our family stayed and we had two large beds. the beds and sheets were absolutely clean, having got the room with Lake view it was very relaxing with beautiful views
having a small kitchen helped us to cook out own food. At 2 minutes walk there is a large supermarket where you can buy grocery, and drinks etc at affordable price.
There is ample space of free parking.
It location was great for a dog friendly hotel. Lovely walks around the lakes nearby (literally just off the hotel terrace!) parking was great, right outside although it does get busy. A shop just across the car park with sells everything you might want when travelling. We were sad to only be staying one night, next time we will stay longer, and there will be a next time for certain!
The staff were excellent, I was there three nights and the reception lady was always helpful especially when the airconditioning stopped working during a 41 degree heat wave, she moved my rooms without hesitation. Free parking.
