A pleasant little hotel in a very pleasant location. Set in the same square as the towers of the chateau and a stone-built church, the view from our bedroom window was superb. The owner was very helpful and spoke fluent English, having worked for some time in Australia and New Zealand. Our room was spacious and had been recently refurbished to a high standard, with a very new-looking en suite. The bed was comfy too. There was a pleasant atmosphere throughout and breakfast was good. Our only problem was that the restaurant is closed on Sundays, but the owner had booked a table for us at the pizzeria just across the road, which worked out well. Highly recommended for a stop-over.

We felt really welcome with our little dog, the host was very friendly and there were a few decent restaurants in the near village. We were also well guided before arrival to find this quiet place without problems.
There were some works in progress but these were more than compensated by the price.
