This was a beautiful place to stay with wonderful views over the valley and Beynac itself. The location was perfect with nearby hotel allocated parking which was convenient. Melissa was extremely helpful and this was a special place to relax.

The breakfast was delightful. A typical French breakfast of croissant’s or French bread, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, juice, assorted jams, cheese and delicious fresh coffee served outside in a most attractive patio area. The decked patio area was a lovely spot to relax in the evening. Very friendly hosts, with good command of English.

The interior of the Chateau was spotlessly clean and modern. The hotel manager spoke flawless English and was ready to answer any requests we had, and to arrange dinner reservations for us. Everything in the place was of top quality. We were told that renovations had been done less than a year previously.
The manager greeted us personally upon arrival, gave us a tour of the key features of the house and grounds, and a brief history of the place. She then provided complimentary beverages to enjoy, followed by showing us our room and it's features. We were treated like nobility, everything was first class!

The location was just amazing and having private parking made our stay perfect. The cottage is very comfortable, with a kitchenette and outdoor sitting area under a big tree. Which in summer was a great place to sit for pre dinner drinks with a magnificant view of the town and castle.
We also had use of the main house kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge room. Loren was very helpful and offered a lot of ideas for restaurants and places to see.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful and stayed in contact throughout our stay.
The house is very pretty and frequently photographed by passers by. There are basic shops and restaurants close. Parking is at a little distance, but easy.
The area is very beautiful with many interesting places to visit and some good walks nearby.
This is one of our favorite accommodations anywhere! Large, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, quiet apartment in the heart of our favorite Dordogne village. The view is fantastic from the small terrace, as well as from all windows. The second bathroom was a welcome surprise we weren't expecting! They have a private parking area for guests next to one of the public pay lots which makes coming and going very easy.

The cottage was perfect in every way, excellent location right in the heart of Baynac, very well presented with everything needed for the stay provided. Our host Frederique was really helpful always available on WhatsApp to give any advice we needed. Martine met us with the key exactly as planned and she was so friendly and helpful, preparing the property perfectly for our arrival and even sorting out a car parking ticket for the week for us.
The location was perfect for our needs. Close to the parking, close to downtown, close to the castle and sites, close to our meeting place for our hot air balloon ride.
The location is extremely difficult to find with a GPS and almost impossible at night re car access in the absence of a receptionist.
You have to walk from the car park to the property with luggage if arriving in the evening. During the day a pick up service is available.
Location superb for exploring the locality. Breakfast - good variety selection served in a kitchen with member of staff to help. Heated swimming pool. Car parking. Very quiet in the evenings -just birdsong and nature sounds.
Absolutely beautiful property set in a great spot over looking Beynac town and Chateau. Our room exceeded our expectations, large, comfortable with fantastic views. Lorena was extremely helpful and took time to make sure we had all we needed. She advised best restaurants in the area and places to see. Set close the the Dordogne a great place to stay to explore the area. Secure parking for 3 cars.
