The flat match exactly the pictures, it was a very beautiful and pleasant place to stay. The location is nearby the city center and the tramway very close. I appreciate the place and also Benjamin gave all information very easy to access and he is very responsive. I loved also the design choice, it made feel like home in a comfortable place. And if you have to sleep on the couch, the quality is better than a bed ;)

The apartment was booked for 3 nights only an hour before our arrival time. The apartment was exceptionally well decorated and clean, with ample storage and facilities to make it a true home away from home. Bottled water and sweets greeted us, and contact with our host by messenger was efficient. Air-conditioning was effective, as were the velux skylights. My partner and I had the most fantastic three-day getaway in Bordeaux, greatly thanks to this incredible holiday accommodation! The landlords were incredibly hospitable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was not only impeccably tidy with all the essential facilities but also beautifully decorated, which added a charming touch to our stay. It’s only about 20 mins away from city centre by bus with the nearest stop 5 mins walk from the house. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the sunshine by the pool. It's the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved every moment of our visit, and we're already planning to return when we come back to Bordeaux. Thank you for making our holiday special. Can't wait to be back!

Although the hotel is rated as three star, we were impressed with many things: 1. Extremely clean room, I noticed that they changed my wife's pillow case almost every day, since hair colour stained them. They also changed the bed linen after about 3 nights 2. Very helpful staff. Although not all spoke English, they still assisted us with any queries even when we wanted a printout of our edited airline tickets, they printed them before we even asked for them! 3. Good food. This includes breakfast since they even had Nespresso coffee available, fresh real orange juice, and fluffy, creamy scrambled eggs, apart from the bread, fruit and other pastries. We had dinner at the hotel in two occasions, and the food, including the desserts were great! 4. Free parking available. Initially, that was the principle reason for choosing this hotel over others. It was very convenient for us. 5. A good working air conditioning system in our room which worked throughout the night. It's amazing that many hotels we visited either had faulty A/Cs or the hotels switched off the system at some point during the night. 6. The bed was very comfortable. Both my wife and l managed to get some good night sleep. So we would like to congratulate the management and staff for the running of the hotel and recommend it to future travellers to Bordeaux 👏👏😊
