This is trully a fantastic place to stay! The views can’t be compared to anything else. The house itself was really clean and well equipped. The host is very responsive and kind. Be aware that the island is pretty isolated, there are for example no regular shops, so don’t forget to get groceries in advance. I also recommend booking ferry both ways to be sure, there’s enough space for your car.

This is the best my vacation place ever. House is so well equipped, spacious and best decorated (modern art). If your clothes are wet or dirty you can use washing machine or dryer. Host is kind and replyed very fast for my messsage.

Fantastic location in Gjogv village, 20 m far from the mini-fjord. Typical wooden house with all comforts. Quiet position, free parking. Spacious bedroom and dining room.
The breakfast was very tasty, the location of the facility beautiful. Hotel overlooking the Fjord and sheep running around :) . Staff helpful and very friendly. There is free parking at the property.
I would highly recommend this property!
I didn't like the sound of the annex at first, but despite it being a 1.5 min drive (4 min walk) away, there was roomier parking, and direct entry into the first floor unit. I could open my door and see the sunset.
What a beautiful location! We stayed here for one evening to celebrate our daughter’s birthday with a great meal in the restaurant. It was fantastic, and we’ll worth the drive! We hiked in the area, enjoyed the beautiful location of the guest house and had both a lunch and dinner in the restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, with a parking area accessible if you are driving.
Very highly recommend it as a lovely place to stay and eat.
