The stay at the parador was unique. Felt a little like being a castle, but very comfortable. The hotel was excellent, the restaurant as good. Some of the food was served like warm.

This is a lovely small hotel. The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless and very stylishly decorated. A nice touch to have coffee and pastries in the morning that we didn't expect. Car parking aliso easy enough and at a cheaper price if you get it though the hotel when you arrive. Alcala is a very friendly and interesting little city with good food and wine. A great place to stay if you are travelling around the area.
