Breakfast was typical but decent. Kudos to the attendant who managed to supply gluten free toast for one of our number!

Getting in was a palaver. No one there, had to phone & given complex instructions for keysafe & doors.
Once inside the priory renovation was fascinating….. very modern & intriguing, although the steel stairs were noisy. Dora & husband were delightful, very friendly & delicious breakfast served.
Trespederne is a sad town, a junction of many arterial roads & not much else. Frias nearby is a must see hilltop village though, as are the drives through mountains nearby.
