The owner provided me a beautiful suite, large, airy and sunny with private terrace and beautiful seaviews. I had a wonderful rest, it was silent and very relaxing after driving in from Barcelona. An excellent place to detach oneself but still be connected to all conveniences. The town itself has many shops and 10-15mins by car gets you to the commercial park Mataro, a shopping mall. Of course the drive up the coast and the several beaches is to be enjoyed in the Summer alongside the large swimming pool at the property. There are meals provided at the property on request. The estate itself is beautiful and with many, many charming rooms and I really appreciated the coffee/tea provision set up in the living rooms. The environment is made for relaxation and unwinding. It is also a very romantic setting to be highly recommended for couples. In fact, next time I would like to go with my partner. Thank you to the owner for her gracious hospitality.

The property was very spacious for us (three adults and small dog) and we particularly enjoyed use of the outside terraces, both the plant-filled space attached to the double bedroom and the split level roof terraces furnished for dining on the first level and sunbathing on the top level. The entire design of the home was great, with comfortable beds and pretty much everything we needed had been thought of and provided. Could easily sleep many people and be a great place for families or a group of friends comfortable with open plan living (not loads of privacy!). The town is off the main coastal/tourist trail which we loved, and has great bars, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance - and an excellent patisserie just meters from the door. That being said, the apartment is very well situated for day trips: you can drive to the beach in 15 minutes, or to Barcelona in just over 30. We had a wonderful restful stay in Ivana’s beautiful home and would happily return to stay again. As a host Ivana was very welcoming and always available to help.
