The hotel is beautifully adorned with Aztec Art and Canarian history, which was a pure joy to see. The hotel has a Spa facility attached, although the Spa is a very small Spa, the massage and beauty treatments are completely 5 star. One of the best massages I have ever experienced . The breakfast was also wonderful and offered bespoke meals.

The owner was very nice. They gave us his garage in the building which was very convenient for day trips. Car was right out of the elevator always in the shade, nice and cold for the use. The property is very well located near the beach for every day walks and the nice dinners out. All very nice. No problems with the landlord, picking up the keys and handover was seamless.

Very nice apartment with a nice view over the pool and sea. A lot of facilities in the apartment like a washing machine, coffee machine, water boiler and not to forget a really nice and friendly host who helped us good from arrival to departure bringing us back to the airport.

The property is in a very quiet area of a very popular location in the resort. It is a short walk to the beach and coastal path. There are lots of extras provided which is useful. The apartments look very attractive and pool is lovely and clean with well maintained gardens. Very quiet for sleeping.

As a first timer to Tenerife I would highly recommend these apartments. Everything you could possibly need was in the apartment. Even a washing machine. Had a text from Juan when we landed to say the room was ready early for us. He met us at the apartment. There was a bottle of wine, cans of coke and snacks left for us which was a lovely gesture. Apartments are close to everything, supermarket across the road. No problem getting a bed by the pool. Busiest days were the weekend.

The place is on the third floore, a duplex with two beautifull teraces facing the ocean. It is 5 min walk to the beach and is it trully beautifull. It has a free parking also. Fully recommend it.
Everything was very friendly, always quick to respond to inquiries and help in any situation. The condo is insanely clean, beautiful ocean view, 5 minute walk to the beach. Near grocery store and fruteria. On the territory there is a swimming pool, parking lot. At the entrance left us a small gift, it was insanely nice, thank you very much for a wonderful vacation, wanted to stay forever 🥰

We will be back! The apartment has a lovely homely feel. It is well maintained and welcoming. The pool is lovely and warm with a lifeguard on duty. The location is right on the beach with easy access to the promenade. There is a car park right beside the apartment, and on street parking, it can be tricky to get a space. However, there are pay by hour carparks nearby if you're stuck. Santa is a fantastic host she responds quickly to messages and is very clear with her arrival and departure instructions.

Diego could not do more to make our stay very good. He even turned out smiling on Sunday to help us get in our apartment when we locked ourselves out. The quality and ease of access to the apartment was good. Excellent value for money, there was even extra things for the beach available.free car parking was a bonus as there is very little street parking on the island resorts.
Parque Santiago IV is located right next to one of the beaches in Playa de las Americas. The closest beach is 2 minutes walk if you would be bored by the pools.
Usually, you can find free parking places either in front of the hotel or a in another parking lot in a couple of minutes walking distance.
As soon as you step out of the building you find yourself in the middle of stores, restaurants, cafés, bars all around.
