Super helpful and friendly staff, before and during stay. Room was perfect size, bed very comfortable and shower super hot if needed. Location ideal - far enough out of centre for ease of nearby parking and close enough for a 5 minute walk into centre. Hotel offer good discounted parking at nearby Plaza Amarica just 2 or 3 minutes walk from hotel.

well we're made very welcome and special! just one night stop before bilbao ferry to the uk ! We had a large room with comfortable chairs and table, lovely views, walk in shower, amazing selection of toiletries. The breakfast was continental with a great selection of high quality products, probably organic and i would guess locally sourced! Well worth a stay here.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The location is right in the center of the village, with shops and a few restaurants around (some of them pretty good), parking is not a problem, a few places are available in the courtyard, but in case they're full parking nearby is free. Close to Vitoria Gasteiz and Bilbao, about half an hour in either way, by car.
Lovely little town with plenty to see within walking distance. Really nice hotel in good location, the architecture is very pleasant. Absolutely the best staff from the reception to the restaurant. Dog friendly. Highly recommended for stop over from/to Bilbao port. We definitely will be back. Good value and food amazing value and quality. Nice bakery next door and shop nearby for basics. Easy to find from motorway. Good street parking nearby or secure underground for 5€.
We like the food , very much. The choice of tapas was excellent and they all tasted fantastic. The tortilla was the best. The menu of the day is good value and delicious. The staff are very friendly and we like the secure parking. Stayed twice now and will stay again only 40 minutes from Bilbao.
Great little boutique hotel with large, modern rooms and bar & restaurant in centre of town, convenient for Bilbao ferry, just 50 mins away. Fantastic value, with superb guest fixed menu and good breakfast for around 6 euros. Lively local bar with range of interesting craft beers, (albeit these seem rather expensive). Also secure underground parking at extra cost.
