We stayed in this hotel for one night on our way to Cordoba. This is very nice hotel, with nice and clean room to stay. It's the hostel in typical Spanish hostel/restaurant. It's on the main road so it's great when you're traveling with the car. There's parking in front of the hotel. The staff are super friendly, they even get up early to open for us to leave the hostel in early hours. It' s also worth to visit and the town Montemayor, it's 10minutes by walk from the hostel. It's small Spanish city where you can enjoy in cerveza, tapas, real Andalusia.

The owner is incredibly friendly. The village is small but nice, very Spanish, exactly what we were looking for. The apartment is really in the middle of the village. But be aware, the only restaurant does not open before 9 PM, and for your breakfast all mini supermarkets have very limited opening hours.

The property itself was nice and quiet, there is a nice size pool, but it was too cold to swim at the time. It was the ideal place to stay away from the busy tourism in Cordoba. There are shops nearby (5 min drive), there is a restaurant around the corner. I liked that I could bring my dog, and that the place was completely fenced, and safe. The apartment we had, stayed cool inside, even with the warmer weather, it was faced west, so we could spend time outside enjoying the evening sun.
