Being meet by a very nice lady being shown where to park underground. Shown apartment instead of getting codes for front door more codes to get in apartment. Apartment very modern excellent kitchen everything you need. Spa bath big tv great air con. Nice little balcony coffee machine with coffee and cakes. Bars and restaurant near by if you don't want to go into city centre. But if you do tram stop 2 min walk takes you to the centre.

Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Plaza Circular, and 10-12 minutes walk to the main square. The host is very helpful and ready to answer when you need something. The rooms are very clean and the kitchen well-equipped.

The apartment is incredibly large, offering excellent value for money. We initially had a bit of trouble finding it, but the host was very responsive, immediately assisting us through WhatsApp with directions and photos to guide us. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a wonderful sleep.
Though we didn’t have the chance to use it, the terrace is lovely and adds a great touch to the property. There’s also plenty of parking available right next to the apartment, and the drive to Murcia city centre takes just a few minutes.

As we first got to the property there was a private car park space which was very handy for us, and anyone with their car. But someone has to get in the house first for controls. The apartment is very spacious with tall ceilings and absolutely clean. The kitchen has all the basic amenities needed and we did manage to use the facilities and make the most of it. The TV was also very handy with access to all the major steaming services. In terms of location, very close to the centre, expect a 15 minute walk. We were quite lucky as we found some great restaurants nearby. Lastly the host, she was very helpful with excellent communication and staying in touch! Overall, excellent!
