Staff told me they were giving me the best room. That was not true. The room was somewhat noisy late into the night. There also was a larger room at the end of the hallway that I would’ve preferred. Also, there was no food or water available at the property or very near El Arco. As such, the hostel should have bottles of water available to buy, and also a few snacks, such as protein bars, available to buy, if one checks in late, and is very hungry, with nothing open nearby.

Recently renovated. Very nice and clean. Comfortable bed, new mattress. Fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need, including microwave coffee machine. Big shower, also central air conditioner that works for cold and heat.
Underground parking included as well. Close to the airport and walking distance to the big shopping mall. Very close to highway. Would definitely stay again.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The location was a plus for me. I was transiting via Madrid airport, and it was a 20minutes drive. The hotel is in the center of the village, I was able to walk to Mercadona and Lidl, both next to each other and at 15 minutes walk. The hotel has parking underneath for 11.5 Eur per night. The parking is very tight for large vehicles and required difficult maneuvering.
There was someone available at the desk 24/7 as I left around 3:00am and he was very helpful. I will return if I need to transit again via Madrid. Thank you.
