This is a self catering apartment . Two minutes from the beach. Very clean and comfortable and ideal for a couple. It does actually have room for 4 people so would suit a family. There’s a guaranteed parking space in a secure garage (entrance on the road behind)

For us it was excellent, has everything you could possibly need, clean, comfy, well equipped. Sunny patio. Car parked easily in front of house.
Bed was comfy. WiFi worked great with our firestick although they have their own.
Easy walking to Mar Menor and the square/strip. Great tapas bar 2 minutes away.
I'm thinking about emigrating lol.

the location was ideal, near the beach, very quiet location with easy parking and a very short distance to all the pubs and restaurants. the owners allowed me to stay late on our last day due to my sailing event at a local venue. this was very useful.
Well stocked kitchen. Spacious living room area that is great for a group to hang out. Comfortable beds. Easy street parking. Great location right beside the beach. Super easy check in. Great price split between a group. Laundry machine in the apartment. TV offers access to all the streaming sites. Completely clean.
