Loved everything about this hotel. The owners and staff, the building, the pool, and the food were all excellent. We had a very comfortable nights sleep and a great breakfast. It was a perfect last night stopover on our road trip to Southern Spain.

We were warmly welcomed by our hosts, who showed us around the historic building, kitchen, and our room. The room was bright and beautiful. We liked the addition of a small table and two chairs by the window.
Breakfast was delicious and abundant, with opera music played in the background. We sat in the courtyard and watched the swallows flying overhead.
There is a convenient local supermarket and the property has a communal kitchen.
There were lots of nice touches like complimentary hand cream and sweets (etc.)

We are frequent guests and return at least every couple of months throughout the year for a bit of peace and quiet away from the city. Guillermo is always very courteous and provides excellent food. We particularly enjoy walking along the river into Ademuz, as well as walking in the surrounding areas.

The house was clean. We were able to store our bicycles indoors. Convenient for town centre.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Super staff, nothing was too much trouble, salt swimming pool was great on a hot day, food is traditional Spanish and very good. The rooms are immaculate and spacious, the walls are three feet thick so cool on a hot day. Secure parking for our motorcycle. We would recommend.
