We had such à wonderful fortnight in your nice house. The peaceness of the place was so resful. We envoyed hearing the cigadas all around while lying on the deckchairs or hammocks near the swimming pool with the beautiful view on the garden and its bougainvilleas. I stayed at the house for 8 days, with my husband, 5-year-old daughter and a friend. From the moment we arrived, we were very well received by Jesus, who showed us the entire house in detail. Everything was very clean and tidy. It was impossible not to have a great impression. The bedrooms had comfortable mattresses, impeccable bed linen, very clean curtains and bath towels for everyone. The bathroom was a great size and was also very clean. The kitchen had all the utensils, plates, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. I was very happy to open the refrigerator and see that there was water, juice and a nice white wine, since we arrived tired and thirsty. The kitchen also had coffee, sugar, biscuits and tea and some basic seasonings.
The bedrooms and kitchen have ceiling fans that keep the room cool, and during the night and day the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Jesús gave us some tips on places to eat and go out that were very useful.
The garden is beautiful, I loved the flowers and plants, my daughter played a lot on the swing and slide, it's a nice space and we had barbecues for two days. The pool is very good with saline water, and I really liked the alarm system because with children and pets there is always the risk of something happening.
We rented a car and it was easy to park it on the street and we had no problems.
There is a good market in the neighborhood and we were able to buy what we needed. We were very happy during our stay. I can only thank Jesús and Rossi for welcoming us with such care, always concerned about our well-being.
I can't wait to go back and enjoy the beauty of Palma de Mallorca a little more, knowing that I have a great place to stay.

We liked everything. The hotel has a very friendly staff, a very good breakfast with quality products. Good-quality furniture in the room. The common area is cozy. Tea and coffee are available around the clock. Beautiful territory, there is Parking under a canopy. It may be worth adjusting the wooden frames in the windows a little to make it easier to open, but these are small things. It's a great place, we'll definitely come back :)
The location is in the center, so that makes it great for exploring this authentic town. The check in was very easy, check out too, we had nice soaps in the room, and enough privacy. We were lucky to find a parking quickly (it is on the street), but the next day all the spots were occupied so be aware of this before you arrive (only blue and white parking can be used)
The property is in a middle of nowhere, thus very quiet(with the exception of the rooster/cockerel that crows since 4-5 in the morning) and is reachable only by car. No problem with parking.
Because we had a very early morning flight, the owner offered us a packed breakfast.
We had one of the cozy apartments in the back of the main house. It was equipped with everything you may need. We enjoyed sitting in the cute little courtyard in the evening with a glass of wine. Very nice pool area and gardens. Also, the restaurant had a nice view from the terrace. Free parking was very convenient.
Stayed here as it was the closest hotel to where our family had hired a villa. We paid £88 for one night for two for an all inclusive! Not a luxury resort but can’t complain for value for money. Room fitted with air con. Not the most comfortable mattress but we both slept well. Food was as you expect from an all inclusive. We stayed in a 4 start inclusive on the same visit and food was very similar. The hotel provides you with a cup per person for drinks around the resort which is a great idea to reduce plastic waste. Plenty of parking space.
