The communication with the landlord (Xavier) was great. We had a late arrival and he made sure that all instructions were sent to us so that we had a smooth arrival. Private parking at the property as well.

Very clean apartment located so close to all the bars and restaurants along the beach front.
The decor was really nice and the apartment was very well equipped.
The balcony was on the side of the block, but the views were good, including sea view one way and a pool view and garden of neighbouring apartments.

Perfect location. Within walking distance to El Arenal beach (5 min) and all restaurants. Very near (200 meters) to a local supermarket. The apartment has all required facilities with a fully equipped kitchen, two good bathrooms (one on suite) with large and comfy showers. All with a modern look and perfectly clean.
