Loved the room and the breakfast. The hosts were all so friendly and helpful. Everything was totally spotless. Sara De Ur was a perfect stop for us after an evening flight into Madrid. An easy 30 minute drive north of the city on our way to San Sebastian.

The apartment was perfect, as well as the location. Within steps of the picturesque town square loaded with cafes. The apartment is in a historic building, yet fully remodeled inside with all the modern comforts. The kitchen was well equipped, modern and with everything you will need to prepare a meal on hand. Breakfast was a really reasonable price. Sadly, no kettle in the room, as they understandably want guests to buy refreshments in the cafe/bar. Beds were perfectly acceptable, but not very luxurious - but not really complaining, everything OK for the price we paid. Lovely staff! Beautifully eclectic decoration. What a lovely place to stay.

Amazing. Some comments left talk about ‘finishes’ and being very rustic - people, these, as advertised, are RUSTIC CABINS. The place is a gem. Yes, some tweaks can be made, broom and towel mat, but the setting, the detail of the cabins, the amazing pellet heaters, the 100% cotton sheets (or so they seem). Easy check in, a wee bit difficult to find as lack of signage, but not a big issue. I love this place as a weekend getaway and that it’s a work in progress!
