An amazing place, an amazing town and a great place to spend your vacation. We are very lucky to have found this place because it is something special in this country for us. The room exceeded all expectations, the hosts are very nice and helpful, always with a smile (they only recently started renting out rooms, so we are very happy to be one of their first visitors). Authenticity, cleanliness, a unique outdoor pool, tangerines growing on the balcony... a church, a castle with an amazing view. We enjoyed it very much with our family and would definitely like to come back here again. Gracias!

Great rural stay. Well equipped house with 2 bedrooms. Nice patio with a table. Gas heated water, so there might be a small surprise while taking a shower ;). It would be nice to have a kettle for boiling water though. For larger people shower might be a bit claustrophobic, but it had to be squeezed into the ancient house so was not a problem at all for us. If you use internet based navigation (like Waze) - set your destination while being inside on wifi, as there are no coverage around the property.

Sleep quality: The bed is fabulously 2 x 2 meters and the mattress is ok comfortable, slightly on the hard side. Several pillows to choose between. It’s a shared duvet, but it is giant. The village is super quiet at night. Location: This is the perfect village to stay in while exploring Parque Alcornocales, and opposed to other beautiful “pueblo blancos” this one is alive with real families living real lives here (not just tourists and expats) and there are two great restaurants and a fall back in case you didn’t get a table at the good ones. The village also has a very decent supermarket with everything you need as well as a couple of minor grocery shops. Parking: Theoretically you can park outside your window, but most likely the spot is already occupied or you don’t have the guts to park on a very steep, very narrow street for fear of car scratches, in which case there are several very large free public parking lots 400 metres downhill. Stay quality: It’s the most beautifully decorated 2-floored house, with the giant bathroom upstairs with the bedroom and reading/snack & beer corner – from here you will have the most amazing view of the mountains and the fields outside the village. Downstairs is the kitchen, well-equipped for cooking if you’d like, as well as room for drying muddy boots and the like.

Well, this was something special. the property is located in a very quiet and peaceful area and a great place to relax and unwind. The hosts are truly amazing and accommodating. Their eye on detail, care and love for this place and their guest made our stay very unique. The location was brilliant, right in the centre of the town, and a stone's throw from a couple of hiking trails. The host was very welcoming and just next door. He gave us his contact details incase of any issues, but there were none at all. Close by to a couple of small shops and a short walk from bars and restaurants. Very well equipped house too. Public parking right outside the door
