Very friendly, helpful and likeable staff. Great location for the Guggenheim or for walking along the river to the old town. Private parking for my car was great. We really thought it a good find.

Groovy modern hotel in a great location for walking into the old town and across the river for dining and along the river to the Guggly-Wuggly. Sadly the Michelin starred hotel restaurant was closed during our short stay. The staff are fabulous, doing everything they can to help you with services within the hotel and getting reservations at local restaurants.

Good value hotel in the centre of Bilbao
Has the advantage of its own car park which is very convenient if you driving yourself
Staff very friendly and accommodating
Overall throughly recommended
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Very little available but for an airport hotel was great for the convenience and very clean. Beds comfy. Rewstaurant acress the parking lot was very nice.
Attractive lounge/ breakfast area, even outdoor tables for drinks and relaxing. There are plenty of trees surrounding the hotel area, so it's a nicer environment than most airport hotels.
Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are pretty comfortable though if you want to part the curtains for fresh air, the parking lot lights are glaring- a minor point.
Very close to the airport and car rentals.
The breakfast is good. The restaurant (owned by a different company) is OK.
It had car parking as it’s out of the city center. The room was clean. They do allow dogs, but charge extra. There is plenty of grass around the property to walk them.
Free parking, 5 minutes ride to airport.
Breakfast available before 5 am.
Friendly and helpful staff, providing instructions on when to leave to be on time at the airport.
Clean and spacious room and bathroom.
The hotel is located within a technical park a few miles from the train station which was no problem because we drove to it and parked in the town before boarding the train to the city. It's a pretty basic hotel which has few creature comforts, for example the breakfast has a minute choice of options. The bed was large and comfortable and being out of town there was plenty of free parking available.
Nice restaurant across the parking lot..a pleasant surprise....lead from the front desk. Great shuttle from/to the airport as part of the service package.
